returns, exchanges and refunds

Ace High Leathers is committed to excellence in craftsmanship and service! You, the customer, make up our business! If a problem exits, we will work closely with you to keep you satisfied. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you have or you find the product did not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

-Customer orders are not subject to refund unless they are found to be defect or not befitting the approved description. All custom orders will be approved by the customer either by email, fax or in writing by means of a detailed description which will include but not limited to, color, size, style, quality of leather and shape.
-Any products found to be defective due to workmanship must be returned within 10 days. Ace High Leathers will refund the return customer shipping costs only after the product is received and inspected.

-Any order found to be short on quantity must be inspected by the customer and reported to Ace High Leathers within 72 hours of receipt.

 

-Will you cash my check as soon as you get it even if production has not started?
No, in the past I have and it made people nervous, guess my reputation isn’t enough! J What I do now is request a money order, cashiers check or a personal check and I let you know that it will be held until I complete the order. If you decide to cancel AND production has NOT started and NO materials have been ordered, you get back what you sent me minus any applicable shipping costs like in the case where you end me a jacket, seat etc.

-What happens if you have ordered materials and I cancel my order? It’s extremely rare that we get this far and this happens but if it does, it will deducted from the balance to be refunded, the amount of the materials plus shipping.

-No refunds or exchanges will be made without contacting Ace High Leathers prior to the return shipment.

There are no extra fees for exchanges but shipping will not be refunded to the customer.

Shipping -----

-Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the customer received the incorrect item and/or the product was proven to be defective due to an error on the part of Ace High Leathers. Ace High Leathers will only reimburse standard ground shipping charges and will not accept any COD charges.

Cancelations & Delivery

-Orders may be cancelled before production has started and no materials have been ordered by Ace High Leathers. Custom order deposits of 50% will be forfeited by the customer if production on that item has begun. Cancellation cannot occur while the order is in transit.

Product Delivery: Final payment is due upon completion of the product and before shipment. If the payment is not received within 30 days, a letter will be sent “return receipt”. You will have 7 days to respond. If you do not respond, the product will be shipped COD with a $25 charge for handling and the COD charges added. If the product is returned to AHL due to lack of COD payment, the product will then become property of AHL and will be put up for sale and initial deposits will NOT be subject to refund.

Closeout & sale items

-Sales on all closeout or discounted items are final.
